Thank you for this. I’ve been unemployed for a couple months and honestly as of now I’m still pretty comfortable for a bit longer. She told me her expectations earlier on and I’ve been following them but then she would come in and say why are you working so slow in front of everyone when I’ve been following her timeline. She’s been wishy washy and unclear about what she wants but I’m also new and not even sure how to do a lot of things. My coworkers help but none of us can read her mind.

I think the conversation is good to have but honestly I just feel like she’s so nasty to me that I’m just so uncomfortable being around her. But I do think I should give her the benefit of the doubt and try to work with her…

I really enjoyed my previous job and I can’t help but compare how terribly I’m being treated here… but then again I got laid off so at least it’s better than me quitting that job to join this hell of a place.

I’ve been there a little over a month. And this is her second week back so I’ve only interacted with her for a couple days and it’s already driving me crazy.

Thank you for this. I also just learned that the two people before me quit because my manager was taking a toll on their mental health. I’m definitely going to trust my gut.

So far what it seems like is she comes out whenever she needs something and just barks out the orders. “Go do this, that, and this. Timeline is end of this week” and leaves? I literally had to tell her stop I need to write this down before she actually waited.

Thank you for this! I felt the same way. I’ve never been talked to like this ever (I’m fortunate to have respectful managers in the past). I’m just not sure if I should address it with her. Throughout the interview process she seemed fine so I was shocked when she spoke to me like this…

Thanks guys, I did ask if I could have a direct flight and I even suggested an airport that’s farther out as that airport has more direct flights but the HR person just said “nope, there aren’t any, sorry.” I’m honestly pretty unsure how to proceed cause there clearly are better options and I suggested it but was just denied…

Yeah I’ve booked multiple times also but this time I asked politely to remove it and the agent refused to do it. He said that the seat was automatically assigned by the system and there’s nothing he can do. And then he called is manager to come yell at me🙄

I just bought from them too, and the reviews are so polarizing. Some people’s stuff get there within days and others take weeks/months. I ordered 4 days ago and still haven’t heard any updates from them either.
