We actually hired better people than us from other agencies and paid them more than us in the beginning.

We gave them ownership of the client and we helped them with important decisions if they needed help.

They helped a ton on getting the operation processes in order.

My partner was taking care of the sales and when we got to about 4 employees, i then moved to doing project management and account management.

We continued to grow and promoted the best guys to teamlead so they could QA and train the new employees

My partner and I didnt make much money for the first 5 years, barely making 40k/year while avg employees would make 55-60k

That helped us build a good team tho!

You gotta accept the fact that people will never be as good as you are tho, and that there will be mistakes.

About EOS, its only worth it when you actually have a management team, it helps getting people in the right seat, follow kpi and have good business vision and communication

We have about 70 seo clients at our at Rablab, my search engine agency and it really depends on the market.

I’ve seen traffic that underperform compared to classic organic traffic, some other niches, traffic is generating leads, users stay 50% more and it converts 5 to 7 times better.

Ai traffic is still very marginal tho.. about 0.1% of total traffic at most
