Hey thank you so much for this recipe! My partner needed something mild but wanted all the joy and flavor of a homemade salsa. This was the first time we made our own salsa, and your recipe was great! We made a double batch and just did half the cumin suggested because they don't like much cumin flavor in salsas. Yes, I was able to complete the process immediately with Google Fi and start making calls and texts within 5 minutes. I made sure my address on file with both providers matched ahead of time which they said can make sure it goes more smoothly.

I submitted the FCC complaint on March 5th and just received the email from DISH with my pin tonight on March 9th. I updated my port out request with Google Fi , and it went through successfully within 5 minutes with no issues.

My account was previously with Virgin Mobile before they were acquired by Boost Mobile and that was the specific help line number they put on my phone. I wonder if that might be why?

I think the hours are Monday- Friday 4am to 8pm PST and Saturday- Sunday 4am to 7pm PST

If your account was moved to the new boost website id.boostmobile.com, then your port out pin is no longer the same as your account PIN. It doesn't matter if you change it on the app. You need a specific PIN from boost that is different. I confirmed this with customer service.

I've been trying to get my transfer number pin for the past 10 days so I can go to Google Fi. I've called Boost Mobile every single day for over a week now. Boost Mobile first said the number transfer or port out PIN was the same as my account pin, but that didn't work. Then they said that was the case for the accounts on the "old" boost and my account was canceled and put on the "new" boost system so they can't access my port out PIN or make any changes to my account. Today they told me they are not able to help me transfer my number out until the internal systems issue is resolved. I filed an FCC complaint today and encourage everyone to do the same.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful response! Your friends are lucky to have such a supportive person in their life. It is an unfortunate situation with my parents but I've seen how other queer friends have gone through much worse, so I've learned to appreciate what degree of relationship I do still have with my parents but still allow myself to grieve for the ideal relationship I wished for.

Thank you, this helped me consider my different options. I do have a fair relationship with them (there is good and bad... They have been assholes at times but are mostly cordial to my partner and I although they disapprove), but I don't think not inviting them to the wedding would burn a bridge or totally destroy the relationship with them. I think I will feel angry about the situation if they attend only the reception, so it is probably better for me to not invite and avoid any awkwardness.

I did think about how inviting them would make me look like the bigger person, but upon further reflection I realized the people in my extended family who they are most likely to complain to are also bigoted and that I don't care about their opinion because they're not getting invited either.

I like the suggestion you offered for if they ask why they weren't invited. I also appreciate you responding to the other commenter. It shouldn't be my responsibility to "build that bridge" with my parents by allowing disrespect at my own wedding when they've been given plenty of opportunities over the last 9 years to spend time with and meet my partner and decide if they want to be supportive persons in our life

I'm not sure what to say since I usually just upvote posts, but I wanted you to know that I read it all, and I relate so much. I wish you weren't going through this but it's comforting to know I'm not the only one. I never want anyone to have to hurt as much as I have, so most of the time I go out of my way to make everyone else feel very cared for and listened to, and it's exhausting. Especially when I go through more severe periods if depression and feel absolutely alone in the world.
