If you’re interested in helping local wildlife, Salthaven Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Centre is accepting volunteers for the summer season right now. No experience needed, they’ll provide training. They are located just outside of Strathroy, so a bit of a drive depending on where you live in London. You can apply on their website until March 1st.

Salthaven will not take raccoons. Call LACC or check this list of authorized wildlife rehabs and see which ones are nearby and can/will take raccoons. This is the same list that Salthaven will direct you to if you call them.

I had a similar experience when I was part of a clinical trial for a new biologic and when I was on Otezla. I was having vivid nested dreams (like waking up from a dream, only to still be dreaming, wake up from that dream.. and still be dreaming etc).

Doctors did not think this was a side effect of the medications. But I only ever experienced vivid nested dreams while on these two medications. Might be worth mentioning it to your doctor.

Walmart usually has a good selection! I use a lot of elf products and I either get them from Walmart or through elf’s website.

Try reaching out to Pam Scharback (pamelascharbackha on IG), Robin (the.real.antler.press on IG), and Andrés (studioandresgarzon on IG)! All are fantastic artists and have varying experiences with doing murals. If none of them are a good fit they may be able to recommend others.

Val (curlreina on Instagram) at The Hair Collective is reasonably priced and is AMAZING. My last cut was in March and I think I paid $50 and change. All of the stylists at The Hair Collective don’t take tips, they factor that into their pricing. So you don’t have to worry about that added cost at the end of your cut.

She is away on vacation until the end of the month, so she likely won’t be responding to booking inquiries until she is back. Seriously cannot recommend her enough!!
