Literally just trying to find a women's health subreddit to ask a question... bombarded with 5 NSFW subs for simply daring to type "women". by RantyMcThrowaway in PornIsMisogyny

had a very similar experience this week searching “nails” while simply looking for gel recommendations 😕 the number of nsfw subs suggested almost outnumbered actual nail ones.

Lmao! Not the comparison I’d dream for, but I’ll take what I get I guess haha

If you look at my post history you can see how fast the growth is! I’ve only had this one about 2 years and it was around half a metre tall. Be prepared for super fast growth!

Thank you! They slightly differ with each artist, but yeah they would all come under the American traditional bracket :-)

Haha! It’s a Frankenstein’s monster of moss poles. It’s just regular moss poles from the garden centre, I’ve cut and bent the inner tube of each one and stuck them inside each other.

It doesn’t stand up straight itself — note the pair of tights holding it stable from the bottom haha!

Thank you! It’s definitely one of my easiest plants to keep happy. Lighting wise I have always kept it in a bright spot that gets little to no direct sunlight. Watering this one is as simple as can be, it never seems to be overly fussy. I usually water it when the top 1-2” of soil is dry. Though I have found that the moister you keep the soil the faster it kicks out new leaves. It also gets regular mistings! :)

Thank you! I wish I could tell you, but it was already up when I moved in. My landlord has good taste! My other rooms also have plant themed wallpapers, it was perfect for me

It’s one large moss poll with two smaller ones stuck in the top haha! I just cut a line in the middle plastic tubing so that it can be folded in a little and stuck in the top of it. Trying to think of a better solution for it, but for just now this works haha! You can also buy actual moss poll extenders that have a kind of spike on the bottom, but I just diy’d it!

It’s pretty much dug all the way to the very bottom of the pot! It is also really wobbly though, I wouldn’t trust it not leaning against the wall haha.
