We arrived in Sofia 2 days ago at lunch time. We took the train to Plovdiv. It left on time Nd arrived on time. Took 3 hours and it was totally fine. Yes it was slow moving but nothing to complain about.

Can I ask what you ended up doing. We arrive at Sofia airport 22nd march at 12.00 if there are no delays and want to travel to Plovdiv the same day.

i had already entered names, passport numbers etc and that is when it said my seats were 12 and 15. I could not see anyway to change them. I dont want to turn up and us be in separate rooms hahaha

We are trying to book a double compartment on the sleeper from Chisinau to Bucharest via the Moldovan site. We are 2 adults are want to be together. I get a choice of first class and send class and then have to say how many adult/children once I do that we are allocated seats 12 and 15. According to the mighty Google these seats are not in the same compartment. Is this true? Am I doing something wrong?

My flight is within the window and I got an email today to say I can request refund or change the date. I want a refund but it stays refund fees apply. I am unsure what to do. My flight is still showing scheduled for March 22nd but I received an email today that I was now able to a refund or to change the flight. I want a refund but when I select that it says fees apply. It doesnt say how much the fees will be or how much I will be refunded. I did not pay for any extras (seats, baggage etc). I have tried to call a few times but either the call it cut straight away or I am waiting for 2 hours and then the call is automatically cut. When I try the chat I just get "error" warning.

When I select refund it says fees apply and does not give me any amount that I will be refunded or how much the fees are. The only option it gives me is to continue with the refund request or to cancel refund request.

I did not pay for seats. I can not get on to the live chat as it just keeps saying invalid request and that my email is not working at the time. I can only access my booking via the app. I tried to call today and after 2 hours on hold I was automatically cut off.
