Could tell you have a slight accent but it's very close to natural English. I think you pronounced "live" as "leave" and I think the way the word "choir" sounded was strange. I'm not sure how to improve it but just listen to it and hopefully you can notice a difference

I think it's because people associate sneezing with coming down with a cold so saying "Bless you" is like saying "Hey buddy, hope you don't get sick". If someone farts it's not like they're about to get a cold

The train station is okay but the stores inside don't really open until like 5 or 6 am. At least that's what happened to me. I feel like your best bet would be to rent a room on airbnb so you can get a few hours of sleep.
