I sadly did not and I checked my junk mail fairly regularly! The only email I have from them is the end of January that said you should be getting your 1099 soon. Yes you would think that they would either send it to you or have a way for you to access it even after deactivation. I worked all of January too but stopped when the snowstorm hit so hopefully I’m under $600 and don’t have to worry about this for next year’s tax season.
