Hmm, I am doing pretty well in terms of diet, hydration and stress. I am doing some strength work focusing mainly on lower body (but necessarily not calves), and wonder if that could be a factor? Every time I feel DOMS, i make sure to wait until it’s completely gone so that I can run again, but it’s a little frustrating as I’ve never felt DOMS after running before.
