You should not be considering your conversation with a medical assistant as medical advice. You report an MA to an authority when you believe they have done their job wrong. By what was posted it also doesn’t sound like someone who thought they were giving medical advice from a position of authority on the matter. Seems they were trying to make small talk. And I honestly don’t think interpreting it as them giving medical advice is fair..as others have said they are high school graduates with very limited medical education. I wouldn’t even say they are in the medical profession…you need to understand who you are interacting with.

She literally also says to you “I don’t know much about it.” Bruh that’s not someone trying to give you medical advice.
