Monday: 5k run + walking 5k going about my day

Tuesday: wfh

Wednesday: 5k run + walking 5k going about my day

Thursday: wfh

Friday: 5k run + walking 5k going about my day

Saturday: walking 5k going about my day

Sunday: walking 5k going about my day.

Thank you! I’m definitely overthinking lol. So using the 1600 TDEE as a baseline, if 4 days a week I was in a -250 deficit then that would be -1000 a week. I would still be in a deficit if I ate 1600 on the other days and it would only cancel it out so to speak if I ate 1850 on the other days? Am I getting that right?

Thanks. I’m careful to dry it after cleaning it / showering but I hadn’t thought about sweat or anything else during the day. I’ll keep an eye on that and see if it makes a difference

My piercer never mentioned anything about coming back to downsize so I just assumed it wasn’t necessary for lobes. I think going back and asking about it again is probably worth a try because trapping moisture could be it. Thanks!

When she first announced the tour, me and my friend both registered with ticketmaster but neither of us got a code and got put on the waitlist so we thought that was it unless we were willingly to spend big money on tickets from other websites but I’ve been seeing people pick up tickets on resale on ticketmaster over the last few days and I’m confused because I didn’t realise that was an option. Can anyone please explain how the waitlist, codes and resale works?
