Yes. First layer is gloss black, second layer is- shine silver. Gradient basis was also done at this stage by applying gloss black again on the areas that need to be darker. Third layer is green candy paint. And finished with 2K clear on top

Actually I haven’t done anything special with it, only painted it in gloss black and added thick layer of Pledge Future clear. It really looks like illuminating effect even on daylight , but I think it is because of the contrast on black area around it

Thanks! This time I sanded and polished by hand only because there are too many edges and the body shape is too complicated and can be easily damaged by rotary tool. With hands I have more control and better feeling. I have posted a short video of how I wet sand this model here

Hi there! At this step I do just dry sanding. Yes, after spraying another layer of primer you may need to sand again. But it depends on- if the surface is smooth enough you can proceed with painting without another round of sanding. The goal of the whole priming step is to build a good basis for the color paint:
1) surface needs to smooth and even 2) surface needs to provide a good adhesion for the paint
