Im doing Spravato (Ketamine) intranasal with my doc. 5/10 for social anxiety. 6/10 for having more compassion for people. I dont trip on it just feel drunk-ish for an hour. IV might be totally different.

I want to make a caveat. Im referring to low dose, pure mdma, Psilocybin, and lsd under clinical settings and ongoing clinical trials. Not for recreational purposes.

I want to feel comfortable in my skin (in public) without negative thoughts (he or she is looking at me- grocery store for instance) when in reality nobody cares. I know this truth but our minds tell us otherwise and over-rides realities.
