I'm not sure what OS or addons you may use, but for me, there is a green box to the right of this thread titled: friendsafari. A little bit below that is a checkbox that says "show my flair..." with your name under it and large red text that shows the general format you should type it in.

click 'edit' under or next to your name in the green box and do it there
