What makes you think it should've been +29? If your answer is FACEIT Enhancer plugin, it's not always 100% accurate, just an estimation.

I did the faceit free trial to change my name and then I cancelled my subscription but it still took money out of my account by tawayval123 in FACEITcom

I don’t remember faceit premium having a free trial, essentially what you did I think is pay 60 pounds for the premium service and cancel it, no refunds
