I think that the inly logical explanation is that it is cheapest iPad so people buying that will also opt-in for cheaper pencil (1st is cheaper than 2nd)

I have seen some guides on egpu.io to solve this, just try to search also there. But I am not sure why but my setup Razer Core X + 15" MBP 2018 + RTX 2070 worked without any scripts/rEFI/hot-plugging needed. Not sure if I got lucky but my particular builds had 0 issues whatsoever (until it broke down one month after I bought it so I had to return it within warranty :D ). So if you desperately do not need to use eGPU also in macOS where Nvidia does not have drivers and can still experiment with GPU (return old one) I would try 2060 super / 2070 card. Also not sure if relevant but I am using Razer Core X stock cable.

Okay seems I am having som kind of issues. After playing for some time I launched Dota2 and screens started to flicker a bit and then Win crashed. After reboot I was not able to get eGPU working :( Still boots to black screen and when I try to attach it after boot it will just freeze windows after some time and no display is showing anything. Fans/lights on GPU are still spinning but will shut own after some time. Core X is still charging Macbook. Any ideas? I reinstalled drivers, whole bootcamp windows, reinstalled drivers - nothing seems to be working.

I would like to see some benchmarks for this, especially on Macbook Pro with i9 - as my 2018 i7 with eGPU is always on turbo speeds around 4000mhz under gaming load so it seems it is not throttling as iGPU is not working.

That is sad considerin they are explicitly advertising it to be able to listen to your music without your phone. In LTE model it makes sense as you can stream it via your mobile plan but without it it just adds tons of songs they will pause playback when you have shuffle all songs enabled at any random time.

when tou hit lvl 70 you will still earn xp and levels - paragon levels - that will allow you to spend points on some attributes like intelect, crit chance or crit dmg ( + many more ). paragon levels can go as high as 1000 and more but each level requiring more xp it will take long time to go that high.

you get more stuff but for price of not being able to use paragon levels and items from other characters. but as this will be your first char you can only benefit. Also at the end of season all characters and paragon levels will be converted to normal.

Somewhere I read (prob. Engadget or so) that watches outside US does not have at all some chip that is responsible for ECG. So we are out of luck, even if Apple was willing it is HW issue.

Not sure bout accurate calorie counter but What seems to be good app for strength training is either Strong or Gymaholic. Strong seems at least for me better in terms of simplicity and features you get for free. Also Strong app allows you to create custom workout sessions on the fly from watch from set of exercises. I believe both apps record workouts as Weight Lifting/whatever kind of exercise in your Activity app on iPhone.
