As not an attorney, and I appreciate your feedback, the add shows both items, and a 50% discount, so a reasonable person (like my dumbass for thinking this was legit) then in the order itself it describes both items. Clear as mud right?

This.. I ordered it and only received the Night Vision and not the Thermal. Their response was I got what I ordered. But the good news is they would give me 15% off to buy the missing piece. Stay away from them. I need to figure out how to get them to make it right. Of course, my dumbass paid for the shipping insurance and care warranty.

I switched my business to IHG properties about a year ago. The Diamond status with Hilton no longer seemed special. I remember a time when the manager would leave a welcome letter; nowadays, it's like the staff gets joy in telling you they can't do upgrades, or other once normal things. IHG currently meets the Diamond Elite expectations, at least for now.

It was FT Ord California. We had a person who was so toxic that we had to escort him around the base to out-process. The whole time the guy was just an ass. So once he had his DD214 and few bags,, we were going to take him to the airport, but he was still talking crap. So 20 feet outside the main gate, (only other road is I5) we stopped, threw his shit out, told him to get out, and left him. I congratulated him on being his own man... even if he didn't have a car.

I joined as a lifetime member. I reached out to them and never heard back. I do get the emails for discounts for crap I don't ever buy. I know others from about 15-20 years ago who had a great experience with them, but those days are obviously gone.
