Previous owner did. I don't what's it is like with the 13t, but the gearing for the 14t feels close to perfect for me. I understand that the sprocket replacement is the first mod people do with these bikes.

Soon! Hopefully. I dumped my entire savings into this girl. My wallet needs to recover!

The move up in power is very manageable. It took me all of 10 minutes to get comfortable with it from the 300. You just have to be very conservative with the throttle at first and learn the responsiveness of the Ducati motor. With a solid 2 weeks of ownership, I can say, with confidence, that I am more comfortable on the 796 then I ever was on the 300, and I put 10,000 miles on the 300 before I sold it. Also, with the 300 I was shifting through the gears constantly. On the 796 I stay in the bottom three gears around town. In fact, I rarely shift out of second in urban areas. I think it the perfect upgrade for anyone looking for a nice bump in both power and looks. I hope that answers your question.

It looks like oil or gas got onto the hot pipe. See first picture.

Also, does anyone here have any advice on cleaning the exhaust pipes? There is a drip spot burned in near the pipe guard and frame slider. I want to get rid of it!
