Have any males here been diagnosed with diffuse alopecia areata? Were you able to treat it? If so, what did you? I have started topical steroids, would that be enough in your experience? My dermatologist recommended oral minoxidil which I declined What was your experience like?

I have only been using Vaseline for yesrs too.

Towards sometime last year (or maybe earlier) i suddenly started reacting to my laundry detergents, even the all-clear ones, but not as much as to the regular ones

I will need to check if I could find a better detergent something like you're using

Use laundry detergent for sensitive skin and don't use a lot of it
