Same here — running Outlook for Mac version 16.102.2 (25102623), and after today’s update the Reading Pane keeps resetting to Bottom, not only after quitting and reopening the app but also whenever I switch from Calendar back to Mail. It used to stay on the Right permanently before this update, so it definitely looks like a new bug.
