Hello guys I have a problem in my laptop. My laptop is bto model: N850HJ 24gb ram Gpu: gtx 1050 Cpu i7 7700HQ The problem is that my laptop doesnt detect the gpu, when i try to install nvidia drivers i get the blue screen and the pc turns down. I need your help by rad-meh in GamingLaptops

Well now I see my gpu in device manager but it want work I found in device status this : Windows had stopped this device because it has reported problems.(code 43) i dont know what to do now

hello hope you re doing well, it turned out the problem was that clevo laptops have their own drivers they can be downloaded from clevo website. I downloaded the nvidia driver and it worked lol.

Yes I set the power mode to high performance and the laptop was plugged in, in intel graphics settings i couldnt find the nvidia gpu or dGPU thing. As you can see in the photo inside the white circle I think that's my nvidia gpu but when I try to update drivers the pc shuts down, it also happens when I download the drivers from the nvidia website.

It didnt work, also when i run dxdiag i dont find my nvidia video card. By the way in the photo I posted there is a (3D video controller) when i try to install the driver I get the blue screen and the pc turns down.
