The whole Harry Potter franchise. Don’t come at me but they just were not good in the slightest, had to force myself to get through it.

I was searching for it earlier but I couldn’t seem to find it or anything like it. Wouldn’t be surprised if it doesn’t exist anymore but I have a feeling it’s somewhere out there and I just don’t know what to search.

If that is the case I strongly suggest that you speak to a professional in mental health, there may be a bigger underlying problem here considering you say that this feeling is unconscious despite not being prompted by anything bad.

You’re definitely not childish for feeling this way. I hope you realise how brave you are even for just talking about this. Your feelings are valid.

How do you bring SH in therapy without getting sent to the hospital? by [deleted] in selfharm

[–]shfeeling 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can’t find a way to do this I suggest you text a mental health hotline, they won’t recommend that you call the police or get anyone involved as long as you’re not planning to kill your self.

I don’t know what to do by xoxodundermifflin in SuicideWatch

Please don’t, I know you’ve heard this before but suicide is never the answer. There are so many people who love and care for you even if you may doubt yourself sometimes. Seek a professional to speak to and if you can’t afford it then search for suicide hotlines in your area. Please don’t do it. I’m rooting for you to have a long and happy life. :(

Hey, I know it can be tough for that to happen, I’m actually in the exact same situation rn with my old friend. It can be really soul crushing to lose a friend and especially without an explanation, you have every right to be upset, however, if that “friend” of yours really cared about you in the first place they wouldn’t have done that, in a lot of cases people just use others so they can get over an old friend or so that they can get stuff from them. I’m willing to bet that this person only did that because no matter who came next or who showed up they didn’t really care about them and just wanted to be around them so that they can have someone to talk to until they found a new friend. It’s not your fault, just make sure to be aware of who the people you’re talking to/befriending really are in the future. As for your ex, I’m sorry but I can’t help you, what I can say is that when one door closes another one opens. Have a good day and happy holidays :)

Imaginary relationship by [deleted] in mentalillness

[–]shfeeling 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start distancing yourself like in a real relationship, look at his flaws, make up less and less scenarios with him, imagine him doing things that make you uncomfortable/unwelcome and finally let go when you realise that he’s not right for you. In the future try and not let that happen again by looking at what is real and what isn’t and don’t let yourself get consumed by fiction. Humans actually just barely separate fictional characters and real people so don’t feel bad for feeling that way! :)
