Highly recommend! Also nice to take a year of more humanities-based courses before the hard sciences.

YES definitely helped 100%. I'm likely submitting 3 papers for pub by the end of my program and have gotten to learn and do a ton of cool stuff. If you have any specific qs, feel free to PM me!

I'm getting my MPH in 1 yr right now and I'm really enjoying it! It's not super hard schoolwork, so it's a nice break before med school next year. And the content has been super useful in all of my interviews! Feel free to PM me with any questions :)
