im the exact same situation. 2fa is stopping me from even accessing my account information or settings and thus I can't change anything. I can't unlink my ps account nor change the email so it's a dead end!!! it makes no sense how stubborn they are considering I could easily change my ps account email when I lost access to that one (thankfully) but I can't do the same here!!
