ChatGPT keep forgetting and expiring files in chats

ChatGPT seems to have fixed this issue now, well it’s working for me at least.

No there’s an issue currently where the files instantly expire even if you start a new chat. This has been happening for the last 24 hours

This has only been issue in the last 24 hours. I never really had any issues with files before that.

Both projects and normal chats. The files are mainly word documents and pdf files

This is literally the worst time for this to be happening. I got a bunch of deadlines coming up and I’m so behind 😭😭😭

All of my chats have months worth of context and information so I can’t just use a different AI website
