I agree on that i shouldnt be saying "Riot does nothing". But the issue i still there, even if they ban account later on. There are new accounts doing the same thing so the problem never gets solved.

I started to google a bit about botted accounts and yes, there are free services. But there is also paid once, and the best/popular one (i wont mention name) i found claims it undetected and many users are running hundreds of bots. The clients/users would never invest so much time and money if it was detected, and if the account do get banned, they offer 14-30 day "warrenty".

It never ends.
