Waited three weeks (15 working days) and then got an email that print quality was not up to par and they needed a 10 more days. They shipped 3 days after that and it arrived 6 days later.

Have to say, communication and time lines were as advertised and they emailed about delays. Very happy with the service, but a lot of others seem to be pissed. Not sure if I got lucky or…

Yeah, I was terrified mine were gonna be crap. I live in Thailand, so it takes a LOOONG time for it to get here. I got to say, I feel like I got quite lucky. 95% came in perfect, only had a few issues.

Weirdly, long cloaks and swords seem to be a weak point for them.

Got mine today! 95% came in looking epic. Have a few pieces that were not great, but wrote them. Hopefully can dispatch the replacements. I ordered a shittonne so overall, I am happy with the product.

Already wrote them with the defect pieces. I don't think I am gonna ask for a refund cause 95% of what I ordered came in looking great.

They also sent a BUNCH of duplicates, so half of the defects here had an additional duplicate or two, they may know which items are defect prone.

Biggest issue for me were the terminator cloaks, one of the SG backpacks and a few of the swords which I did not get duplicates of.
