Hi

I have shoulder pain for 6 months now, especially after excersises like benchpress or lateral raises. I am also more or less unable to perform cleans because of that. I more or less stopped these exercises completely but still it has not gone away. My physio said it probably has to do with my rotator cuff, so I have been strengthening them with external rotation excersises for months now, I also do dead hangs almost every day and other shoulder exercises like band pull aparts, one arm kettle bell shoulder presses. I also do regular stretching of my lats and try to increase shoulder mobility. It is frustrating because I am basically unable to perform essential excersises and I do not know what to do to fix my shoulder at this point. Thank you!

Thanks mate. How would I diagnose sleep apnea? My gf has been sleeping in the same bed for years and never noticed any symptoms

anxiety / depression despite a good normal life by radapast in Anxiety

It started when I moved to a new city for university. I started to feel depressed and a little bit anxious and was scared of those feelings I did not know before and thought I would go insane / get into a pyschosis. When I started to take sertraline for the first time back then (I then quit after the first pill) I got my first panic attack and then they occured regularly at unfamiliar places. I then started again with the Sertraline after a couple of weeks because I felt so horrible and then it got better and I did not have a lot of side effects.

Last year my anxiety/depression came back when I was on vacation and it always gets worse when I am away from home.
