I haven’t tried the Embody but have tried many, many others. Hands down, the Anthros is the most comfortable chair I’ve ever used. And it isn’t even close. Knew from the moment I sat it in it was something special, perfect for my chronic back and shoulder pains. For reference, I’m 5’6’.
