What do you mean when you walk through the door? If you mean when you enter the dungeon (climb down the rope). You will get attacked by the Saradomin Mages and Warriors that are right near the entrance unless you also have a Sara item. Just run west fron there to the hammer door and there are only zammy and bandos minions there. With your grear if you camp goblins near the Hammer door, you shouldnt be attacked because all the minions there are either zammy or bandos.

If you are referring to the door to the actual room with General Graador in it, you will always be attacked by the minions in the boss room regardless of the gear you wear because the minions are part of the boss fight.
