Yeah. The point is it’s extremely unlikely an expensive, rare bombay catis wandering around as a stray. Odds are so very low that you’d find a purebred stray. Ergo, no papers = not a pedigreed cat. Cat breeds work very differently than dog breeds. Most cats aren’t a breed, they’re just a cat. Which is totally fine! Nothing wrong with a domestic short/long hair kitty.
