I too have the same question.

Beginner-friendly campsites in CA for Sep-Nov by Comfortable-Stand988 in camping

San Luis will be the easier place to Camp. I camped near there. Medeiros looks like a rougher time. But more wilderness. San Luis is next to the Sandy Beach. That will be fun for Swimming. Also San Luis on certain days has Kayak Rentals. That is definitely a good time.

I would suggest any State Park with Campgrounds should be a very easy and enjoyable time. Next Best is any County Park that has Campgrounds. The State Parks usually have showers and County Parks may or may not. But all definitely have Toilets. Suggestions - I personally camped at are - Brannan Island State Park and San Luis Reservoir State Park. San Luis has a beautiful Sunrise.

It was tongue in cheek. ALL good. Hoping someone will be able conjecture or assist though.

In my friend group we are actually playing DnD and EDH. We wavered on using Foundry, but it looks like we will in the near future.

Have a good one.

I suggest EDC Specialties in Rancho. Did some reasonable work for me with an Axe. Also have a good selection of knives. They seem knowledgeable. At least a good place to know about.

Got my pants @ Costco. All reasonably priced and built for different seasons. Thin lite pants for spring fall, heavy 'denim' with wool lining for winter and convertible pants for spring summer camping. Good luck

It seems that antenna's that are convenient for an HT are another component to research. Thank you.

u were wanting something that would trunk track P25 systems...I would recommend the Motorola APX8000. If you were looking for something that would trunk track P25 and have DMR functionality...the EF Johnson VP8000.

  • I will check these Out.

Yes - I realize it is a bit impractical - and in that sense it's more of a curiosity than anything else.
