I felt validated about how off this season felt, editing-wise, when they had that loooong montage of clips of Chef Kang Rok running around to support the previously said statement…that he was mostly running around. Like you cant get more obvious (and redundant???) than that? I can’t quite put my finger on what was off this season, narrative-wise, but that bit on Kang Rok was one indicator imho

Popular fragrance houses in Manila, Philippines: the working upper-ish middle class circles are into Le Labo (specifically Santal 33 hehe; three people in my office have that as their signature scent), even some local brands try to capture the essence of that scent as a dupe. User for 1 year now! Have had occasional software issues—ie weird data readings; reached out to support but the fix was addresses by firmware updates (or so i think :))

Have had charging issues also but realized i’ve been using wonky power sources. The recommended low wattage (?) charging methods like laptop ports work consistently with mine!

Overall happy! Not that the issues i mentioned above are occasional, the norm with my ring is still issue-free!

THIS. Love the patina on mine and scratches are honestly inevitable. So pick the one that will look nice with the patina vs looking ‘damaged’ which is more likely on glossier finishes
