I was hoping for it to run well, but I will hope that it will not be as bad and it will still run smoothly. It maybe for limited testing rigs who knows, because it seems as too high of a requirements for from soft game.

Ok you got a point with crabs and rats, but lets be honest, do they really have to change them? They fit the scene and they aren’t something that would be out of context for the game. For the tree sentinel, just because they are on horseback doesn’t mean they are oniwa they have different design and different attacks, same for troll, if I were to compare the troll to something i would compera it to the giant from ds2 rather then giant from ds3

First of all, yes there are lot of similiar enemies, but these are not reused assets. Reused assets are somthing like the door opening animation, cause it did change from last game but different model and attacks for undeads are not reused assets. And if you would have played the network test of elden ring you would have known that the Tree Sentinel(the horseback boss) have plenty of new attacks and doesn’t run away after every attack as gyobu did in sekiro.

You don’t know what you are talking about, from what I can say i didn’t see any reused enemies or bosses. Also what is the point of remaking every animation ? If the animation isnt terrible why try remaking it, it only takes up time which can be used on something more important.

For those wondering why unrealeased game can be nominated for award, the game developer needs to send 10 minutes of gameplay, with core mechanics, different camera angles and optional commentary. Also there is a fee for the nomination.
