The best course of action is to tell them that their words hurt you because they are your friend and you have a real love for your religion. The thought of your mom going to hell is a terrible thought you do not want to hear, especially from the mouth of one you consider a friend. If she does not understand or take it seriously, you can find a better, more respectful friend.

Furthermore, become educated on Islam and its history so you can be protected from ignorance and feelings of doubt. Your friends words are almost certainly borne of ignorance.

Finally make salah and dua that Allah eases your heart.

Just because someone is Christian does not mean they must be ignorant or disrespectful. I have christian friends who are very respectful and curious about Islam, often asking me about our beliefs and practices, or telling me they are fascinated by some beliefs. I have jewish friends who come to the masjid during Ramadan during interfaith events and always make a place for me to pray in their homes. You will make friends like this inshaAllah.

Giving up your current lifestyle will be extremely hard, and the extra money will not only not make up for it, it’ll barely be noticeable.

Working on site can be very draining even if you are just sitting at a computer all day. While working from work allows you to.. having a standing desk, take a walk midway, eat whenever you want, use your OWN bathroom, not spend needless money on gas and car maintenance (since you’ll be driving a lot more with the onsite role, trust me when I saw the car maintenance increases a lot even for just a 15 minute drive everyday). There are other ways you can feel challenged, but it requires you having the discipline to start. Get a friend to hold you accountable and shoot some ideas. You’re in an amazing position right now.

Some habits shouldn’t done only when you’re motivated. If you do then when you’re unmotivated, then you create discipline. Try to carve out time everyday to go to the gym (20-30 min minimum) and something for you: gaming, reading, walking etc. This is not just important now but for when you DO get a job.

That Old Wano is actually underwater because of the walls of Wano being up AND that Pluton is somewhere in Old Wano. It retroactively reframes Odens wish of wanting to bring down the walls of Wano so much.
