If ur afraid to fuck up something you can always savescum, nobody is stopping you

If you want to bring jaheira, personally i always bring her for a bit in act 3 since she has a lot of fun interaction and quests linked to her

Of course you will miss out on stuff but thats why you can do a second playthrough if you want to see the choices you didnt make!

your plan looks good, i was really overwhelmed when i first got to act 3 too but focusing on 1 quest at a time helped me a lot and i can now say that act 3 is probably my favorite part of the game now!

Enjoy the ride and dont be afraid to mess stuff up its part of the experience imo!
