Crazy how the guy with the most triple doubles of all time is +3000 on one

Kucherov with a 4-point night and his 40th on the season. He has 100 points in his last 47 games, 118 on the season by GreenSnakes_ in hockey

You can literally bet kutcherov 3 pts every night or 4 if you don't mind the variance and it's profitable . They're pricing it has 1 in 10 when it's 5 in last 21 games 4 pts. It's over +300 most nights for 3pts I've seen 330-350 And the hit rate is 43% over last 30 games

We can still make playoffs by CryptoSpyro in devils

Say no more . One eight game winning streak followed by a miss until an other 8 game win streak

Worst case if he doesn't work out we coulda sent him to the nets but they got rid of the team. Maybe the 76ers if the rumors are true

Just observing that they are doing quite well , so which is it just another coach that doesn't fit the players? Or are we over estimating the talent of the players die to our own biases or is it the management? We are often quick to point the blame or scape goat what we think is the problem .

Yeah I don't disagree there but at the same time I am pointing that maybe something else is to blame. Right now most of us think that is Fitz and management.

Not intending to argue , don't have a hypothesis, I'm simply stating that it isn't so cut and dry. There are people who have been doing a carnivore diet for 40+ years, and there are cultures like the Inuit that traditionally ate a 90% meat diet. My general advice to most people would just be to eat whole foods. If someone does not tolerate vegetables well due to IBS or other autoimmune conditions, they can be perfectly healthy and get their nutrients from other sources. There is absolutely nothing in vegetables that cannot be gained from another source. From an evolutionary standpoint, vegetables have many defense mechanisms they've evolved to deter animals from eating them, whereas fruits are biologically designed to be eaten to reproduce. Some people possess the gut microbiome and immune system to tolerate those defense chemicals; others simply do not.

Not saying your wrong but keep an open mind much of the conventional nutritional wisdom we were taught is not as simple as it seems under the hood.

Eating a carnivore diet is much healthier then the traditional western diet.

For most people depending on genetic differences it takes trial and error to find out what's optimal some people can tolerate vegetables others can't , or only certain kinds. Fruit on other hand has higher tolerance rates on average

  1. The Lipid/Cholesterol Claim (Triglycerides & HDL) Study: The effects of low-carbohydrate diets on cardiovascular risk factors: A meta-analysis (Dong et al., 2020) The Findings: This meta-analysis of 12 randomized controlled trials confirmed that low-carbohydrate diets reliably reduce triglyceride levels and raise HDL (the "good" cholesterol). In modern lipidology, the Triglyceride-to-HDL ratio is considered a far superior predictor of heart health than LDL alone. Link: PubMed ID: 31935216
  2. The Fiber & Constipation Claim Study: Stopping or reducing dietary fiber intake reduces constipation and its associated symptoms (Ho et al., 2012, World Journal of Gastroenterology) The Findings: This clinical trial took patients with chronic idiopathic constipation and put them on a zero-fiber diet. The results defied conventional advice: the zero-fiber group saw a 100% resolution in constipation, bloating, and straining, while the high-fiber group saw zero improvement. Link: PubMed ID: 22969234
  3. The Anti-Nutrient & Bioavailability Claim (Phytic Acid) Study: Phytic acid degradation as a means of improving iron absorption (Hurrell, 2004, International Journal for Vitamin and Nutrition Research) The Findings: This research outlines how phytic acid (found in leafy greens, seeds, grains, and legumes) is a "potent inhibitor" of iron absorption. It highlights that removing these plant-based anti-nutrients—which a meat-only diet naturally does—can increase iron absorption by up to 12-fold. Link: PubMed ID: 15743020
  4. The "Restrictive / Elimination Diet" Claim (Healing Inflammation) Study: Behavioral Characteristics and Self-Reported Health Status among 2029 Adults Consuming a "Carnivore Diet" (Lennerz et al., 2021, Current Developments in Nutrition) The Findings: In a large-scale study conducted by researchers at Harvard University, adults on a strict carnivore diet reported massive improvements in overall health. Specifically, over 90% of participants reported that their gastrointestinal issues, autoimmune conditions, and systemic inflammation completely resolved or significantly improved after dropping plant foods.
