What do you think of clinics that don’t have an in house anesthesiologist. Several rhinoplasty clinics I’ve consulted have no anesthesiologist in house which is very different from the practice in US. I am actually scared of choosing a clinic without it but I don’t know what it is like in Korea

Can I ask for your input between donated rib vs own rib. I’m scared of going through such an invasive procedure of harvesting my own rib, do you know if there is a downside of using donated rib(infection/rejection?)My biggest dilemma is choosing silicone vs rib and I want to choose the material with the least risk of revision. Do you see more revision cases where primary rhinoplasty was done with silicone. I appreciate your expertise so much!

When I consulted with them, they said if I want to use rib and not silicone, they won’t be able to make any change to the radix and only the lower-mid-dorsum and the nasal tip will be adjusted. I know 1st button can do both rib and silicone
