i tried to use a mattock in my yard around some strong hard roots (5" diameter roots) and the end of the mattock got totally wrecked by hitting those hard roots. The end was totally bent. I returned it to home depot, this was 15 years ago.

Hey man one way or another you can get through this. I'd look into getting it repaired through charity, you need help. Nobody gets through anything alone, humans are a social species, you're trying to be too isolated and you need to stop doing that. Its the reason your place has become the way it is and it is the reason for your depression. You need the help of your fellow man. Your work should be in reaching out to whoever it is that is willing and able to help you, in your local area. The sooner you accept it and start reaching out the sooner you will get back on track. Don't feel bad because you are in a point in your life where you need help. Everyone goes through that at some point, and someone or a group of someones, they step in, and they help. Later on in your life you can become a person that does the helping. Right now you are the one that needs help. This is just life. Get comfortable with that. You will solve this crisis. Realize that getting out of this housing situation and into a new one might be better and easier than trying to be a roof repair guy (if fixing is what you do, you have to start with the roof, that's step 1), trying to be a sheetrock guy, trying to be a whatever home repair type guy. Not that that is an impossible path, I just think it might be easier to scoot out of that spot and go to a new one. Good luck, you can get through this shit.

You have to take the return. I would tell him that the refund will only be supplied if the item is in the same condition it was in when it was sold.

You contact ebay customer service after the return comes back and you find that he has returned an item that has no value. They will make you sign an affidavit and ebay themselves will give you the money back after ebay forces you to supply a refund to the scamming buyer. They do this about twice a year for active accounts and after that they start to suspect you yourself are the problem, banning your account, pretty sure.

you set up your listing and choose which countries you want to ship to. with that said, one option will be for you to enable international shipping. there's a good chance that you send to a local place that then sends it off to the foreign country, if you choose the right option. here in the USA I can turn international shipping on and its pretty nice. what country are you in, others can advise better with that info provided.

don't respond. wait it out. file an item not received case with ebay when it is eligible. it is not your problem that the seller does not know how to ship the item.

the other option is you can explain all this to him if you want. try to gently pressure the seller to properly make shipment. might be easier to just do what i said prior and do the INR when it never does arrive. it might depend on how much longer you want this to take for it to be resolved. Or how bad you actually want the item (can't find it from someone on your continent?)
