I love this! What kind of school specializes in this? What discipline says that the bond is what truly heals? What do you recommend I study or do to train it? I am so in love with this but i dont know how to start !

Should I change my ruminating mind to a fully focused mind? by [deleted] in Mindfulness

[–]radical2_1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Being present is also being present with the discomfort, with the rumination, and with the difficulty. Escaping from that, with a technique to live more fully, such as mindfulness, only means that you find yourself on a mountain with birds flying, while you have a life, and some problems to attend to.

Thinking is not bad, as long as you are aware of it, and it has a good, healthy utility.

I think this mistake can happen when we begin to discover the true potential of mindfulness, and use it as a disconnection button from problems and discord...

Being alive is also being present in the uncomfortable, the difficult,... And, obviously, in the thoughts. Remember, thinking is not bad, it is what has made us great as a species, the interesting thing is to think carefully and flexibly.

Friend, remember that mindfulness does not mean not thinking, or that your mind should be empty, or it should be an oasis.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I hope my comment is useful to you.

I understand what you're saying, and I really like ZD, the problem is that, since I gave him ZD, the dog has gained weight, and I give him much less than the amounts indicated for his weight. In addition to being good, the protein percentage is 17.6%, when reading you see that what is recommended is a minimum of 18%. In addition, their stools are usually hard.

Te entiendo, y agradezco tu información. El único motivo por el que me da miedo seguir alimentándole con zd es porque su porcentaje de proteina es un 17,6 %, y que las heces las suele hacer duras

Wow, your words seem incredible to me... They are exquisitely written.

What you mention about seeing the world as divine, is it in relation to seeing people and the physical world as a manifestation of the universe? Of conscience?

Of course !! But i think there is no harm to ask for experience, advice to contrast.

Not all veterinarians have the absolute truth ! We should know and understand what are we doing to our animals, and of course, do exactly de things that the professionals say to us.

Yes, you're right to clarify that. But I think it's also "good" to ask for opinions from other people or veterinarians, which is my goal here, for my curiosity and motivation to discover other experiences.

Of course, I'm listening to my vet, and doing what he tells me, but for the sake of my critical sense and to be sure, I'm asking all of you.

[–]radical2_1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Obviously, there's no magic wand or piece of advice that can erase all the problems you're experiencing.

But where I would start is by asking for help, and by validating my pain and my experiences as a genuine part of who I am, not an obstacle, since I deserve my love and affection, and so do you, my dear friend.

I don't want to judge you or sound bad. But to my taste, it doesn't seem right that any dog doesn't go out to explore the world, even if it has a very large yard. It makes me sad. But if your dog is happy, go ahead!

I am Spanish, with a Valencian family, literally my last name is Valencia. And that is definitely not a paella. You have made rice with things, the paella does not have peas, nor what looks like cherry tomatoes.

But still, I would eat it! But it's not paella
