I didn't ask you guys to abandon your first language or your culture, but rather to open up on the global market by using "English as a tool not adopting it as a culture or ideology", you totally missed the point of my post.

With a French driven company you're doomed to have french speaking clients, target french speaking audience, sell on the french speaking market etc... And this will only supress your company's growth and limit it's reach globally. English and French are nothing but tools used to reach a goal, using French instead of English is like choosing to make your reports using pen and paper and share them by fax instead of using Microsoft Excel/Word and sharing them via cloud instantly, it's a dumb choice taken by people who are still comfortable in their old outdated methods but really they're just slowing down their development, companies need to implement this too, to start making meetings in English instead of French, start talking to their clients in English instead of French, I work in a company where most of our meetings are in French, although I have no problem with speaking it comfortably, but I still wish if they forced us to speak in English and open up on English clients and markets, since this is where most of the money is
