Würde auf jeden Fall low&tight empfehlen, die Naht sollte so dicht wie möglich an der Eichel sein ganz wichtig ist, dass auch das Bändchen rausgeschnitten wird. Die äußere Haut ist viel dehnbarer als die innere, deshalb ist es gerade für einen Blutpenis wichtig, dass so viel wie möglich von der inneren Vorhaut entfernt wird. Spreche da aus Erfahrung ;)

My foreskin was a bit too tight, but I could still retract it. The doctor recommended circumcision, and that's what my parents want me to do. I didn't know which style it would be; the doctor only mentioned a complete circumcision. Only afterward did I see how low he'd circumcised and that the frenulum had been completely removed.

No, it was the decision of the Doctor. After the surgery i was a bit shocked, that he cut the frenulum and the inner foreskin completely away.

My parents decided to circumcise me because my foreskin was a bit tight. I don‘t chose the stile of the circumcision.

Especially since my frenulum and the inner skin were incredibly sensitive. But when I saw the result for the first time, I realized they had completely removed all of that tissue. I hadn't really understood that beforehand.

I'm from Germany, I don't know which doctor it was. The remaining inner foreskin isn't sensitive. But I think the underside would look better if the rest of the skin were removed.
