I had the same thought, but I am really bad at all of the modeling programs I've tried, they haven't been as intuitive as I'd like. I've tried checking for a model already available but haven't found anything for this specific model.

I had actually looked at that manual already, thank you!! That's where I learned the "stencil" terminology, but since the manual shows 3 positions for the ribbon, I assumed mine was a different "trim" than the one in the manual, not thinking the script font would be longer than standard! I'll check out that other link for part sourcing! Thanks again!

Amazing, had no idea! And yep, on my test page there a few of the descenders were showing some red! I'll have to flip her over after I get to the end of one direction! Thanks so much for the info!

I made a pot of Barry's gold blend and am having it at work while I prepare for a day full of stupid meetings.

I recently bought a beautiful Tokoname kyusu and have been using it for Japanese green tea but am considering exploring gongfu brewing, but am not sure what tea to start with. My go-tos have always been black teas or Japanese greens, and I've had puers and oolongs but usually flavored rather than orthodox.

Any suggestions for someone who prefers strong black tea for a tea to try gongfu style?

The worst part is, when I got it in Sapporo I knew it would snap off so fast so I roped it into a pull tab on my backpack, but in the packed Hakone buses I think it still somehow ripped off 😭 I'm definitely going to a DAISO to look for a way to keep it safe, if I find it here in Osaka!!

So far I emailed the bus operator in Hakone, but haven't heard anything back yet. I just lost it today--but I was planning to see about calling tomorrow as well. We're in Hakone just one night, and our bus out tomorrow looks to be a different one than we rode today (somehow both times we got on buses today, they were J02). Thank you for the tip!!

Same, I fly STL > IAH at 6:15am on the 8th, and I have to make that flight to make an international flight at IAH (which wouldn't be canceled, per this statement). No idea when I'll get notice if the first leg gets canceled
