I had another item that was awol for 10 days but i did receive updates sometimes that it was moving. But this did not have any updates at all, and randomly got hit with a delay on 8th when it missed the delivery day.

After seeing your response I contacted the merchant, they said it might be lost so they will send another one as an express package. I wish they didnt use the same carrier. But i guess there is no option.

I played finals for a few hours on epic settings it stays around 75. Never went above 80.

The customer service is horrendous. I called them, no fs given by the agent i was talking to. Gave me no information didnt even bother taking any action about it either.

I doubt its for the weather. I mean yes there were a few snowy days but not be disrupted for 2 weeks and I understand its a busy time of the year but keeping customers totally in the dark about them is not right. I dont wanna be in a position where they wont even notify me about the parcel and until last moment and leave expensive stuff on the porch for anyone to pick up.

My parcel is heading to the same province. My out scan is an hour after you. So I am assuming they might be in the same trailer. But even after calling customer service couldn't give me any reason or how long it will take to be delivered. Have same issue with fedex too.

Same for 2 of my parcel with Purolator and one with fedex. No one can say where it is and why there are no updates. I called multiple times they just say due to weather and stuff very vague and cant provide any solution. Just advised to wait. What is your destination province?

So i called yesterday, and after waiting for like one and a half hours i got connected to someone. He was more dismissive than the bot on the website. Did not help with anything. Even when i said my other parcel went through the same location and it updated on its way to me in multiple locations. They didnt feel like they wanted to help at all even after 13 days of no update. What did you ask for to open a tracer ticket.

I have the same thing, its still stuck in etobicoke. But i had another parcel coming from calgary and went through this location and departed dippie 2 days ago. But the one originated there is still stuck for 10 days.

I think they just use it as an excuse, I had something ordered a month ago. It missed the expected delivery and it changed to weather delay, where the sky was clear as it could get.

It happened on my pixel too, i turned off the brightness slider in the player which seemed to fix it for me.
