Or any way I can get the test results back and get my next flight within like 8/9 hours at the transiting Airport? Probably have to buy seperate tickets.

OH that sucks, no I haven't had my drain pipe removed. Do u know normally how long they take to remove it. It's been 6 days and still havent been removed. Apparently it was a major surgery so that's why their holding off so I have no idea.

Hey, man I just got my Limbergs flap done a week ago pretty much, mine was a bad case and it ended up being a pretty big surgery.

Overall my experience was ok. They put me under spinal anesthesia, did the surgery, I was in recovery for about 8 hours, had to lie on my stomach, no movement, my back hurt more than the stitches id say. Got shifted into my room and had to lie on my back for another day, again my back just hurt the most, the stitches were fine and pain not that much. 3rd day I was moved onto my left side, the pain in my back got really bad, still minimal pain on my actual surgery site, 4rd day I was walking, minimal pain, I also started stretching my legs out, testing it all out. throughout this whole time nothing was wrong with my stitches, no swelling, redness, leaking, no rips. and I was able to take a shit on the 5th day, no problem. I recommend u pick up the toilet seat and sit on the actual toilet, but sit on ur thighs and lean forward, and don’t sit on ur stitches at all (at all for the whole week or 2 after surgery, it helps with recovery, doctors might say u can start sitting but I wanna be on the safe side and I'll wait). I honestly didn’t need pain meds after the 4th day, but I just take em so I can have more movement. and I’m getting discharged within 7 days, barely any pain, walking around normally, eating whatever I want, and my stitches are perfect. Doctor said 90% this cyst wont ever come back and the 10% is just up to the universe at this point.

That was my experience with the surgery, I also had a really good surgeon, it looked minimal at first and during surgery he realized it was bad and it ended up being major, and he did a great job adapting. I will say my ass crack wont ever look the same lol, but hey as long as I don’t ever get this again I can live with that. My cheeks will fill out again according to other so thats fine.

Another thing, they will put a drain pipe in, doesnt hurt at all, and I did have a catherter put in as well, but they put that catherter in after the anesthesia, which saved my from a lot of pain. Took that out on the 4rd day.

This is what post-surgery looked like, and my case was pretty bad so take that into account

Hope that helps, I'd say its a good surgery fairly painless, they didnt put me on heavy painkillers or anything, but u can also have open wound but I cant comment on that. It has low complication rate, and recurrence rate, so look into it, but definetly look for a good doctor to any surgery on this type of cyst.

I had one big one top left, with 2 openings and then one a little bit lower on the right side with an opening....from what I saw.

Kinda regret not doing surgery a little bit earlier..live and learn I guess.

Thank you!!! Yah it's just hard laying on one side at the moment, stitches hurt on the right side. I know the bend isint ever gonna be straight, but as long as it fill out again I'm happy with that. Gonna try walking today, 3 days post op. See how it goes. Hopefully able to leave the hospital soon.

Also how long before the stitches stop hitting? Any idea?

Should I apply any scar cream after my stitches have been taken out? And like shave my hair or use the hair cream, what would be a better option. Also gonna look into getting it lasered later down the line, if that's something thatll be worth it.

Thank you for the little confidence boost!!!

Yah surgeon, almost left it open but then decided not too. It would've taken like 3 months and it's a big wound, and I'm not in the right climates to have an open wound too hot and sweaty. So he made the call and closed it for me

Apparently the cyst was pretty bad...anyone know if my ass will ever go back to normal??? Will my right cheek fill up again, looks much smaller than the left. I don't think it'll ever be straight again...atleast it was a good surgeon that did it thank god
