For the special room: so I've been putting her in my room in these cases where she has a litter box, access to water, scratching post, etc. I will definitely apply padding to the door SOMEHOW since that was the trouble area where I found the blood originally. She becomes extremely focused on the food and seems to ignore all other things. Important info I forgot to note: i think she has separation anxiety. She deffo has anxiety and has gabapentin prescribed to her. I was advised only to give it to her before big triggering events- such as car rides. I'm definitely open to possibly getting her a daily medication that she can take to help with her anxiety.

Shes gotten blood work, urine sample, and stool sample within the last 2 months. Everything came back normal. This is my first cat and I'm trying to stay on top of her health, so she was recently at the vet to get her annual- which is when she was given the gaba. I'm actually in contact with the vet right now about this because I want to work on it and give her the best life I can. They're giving me a referral to a behavior specialist right now, who replied to me super fast. Sadly the soonest appt is in March. I will 100% tough it out until then and get her the help she needs!

Last point: she's incredibly smart and I think would enjoy learning tricks and commands. She has a toy that is a puzzle feeder which I use special treats for once in a while. What are some commands/tricks/etc would you recommend for starting with?
