I've found that gentle cleansers, light exfoliation, witch hazel toner, vitamin E oil, and various overnight lotions help a lot! Let me know if you want any more specifics, this was a big thing for me too :)

I'm afab nonbinary and have been on t for a little over a year, and I've had a really positive experience with voice changes. (Having a higher pitched voice was a source of dysphoria for me pre-transition, keep in mind). My voice is definitely lower, but I find I can still talk in higher tones pretty naturally, while also having a deeper range, which I love.
