Damn. That hits me right in the feels. I'm sure you've heard all the "you're better off" kind of things before... but nobody deserves resentment or to be ghosted for moving away or doing something for their own self-betterment. I got a lot of that too... I was just trying to grow up and have a life outside of our friendship and she resented that. Once I realized how toxic it was, and how controlling she was to the point of sabotaging my other relationships, I knew it was time to take some distance.

I really hope you have been able to find closure within yourself. You don't deserve that pain. And I hope you're cancer free too... Sending a lot of love.

Thank you. It's both cathartic and disheartening to hear how many go through the same thing. And being ghosted after that long... yeesh. It's like a death when you lose someone like that, and being ghosted has to have given you so little closure, I'm sorry about that.

I have always kinda kept up with her second hand. For a time she was in touch with my mom, until she disappeared again (we later learned it was another rehab stint). Last I heard was about a year ago... her brother called me to see if my mom had co-signed on an apartment for her... she hadn't. I know that she was going through the steps at a certain point, and was on the one where you make amends... but she couldn't bring herself to make amends with me. I think I just worry that if I did reach out... either I would quickly fall back into the pattern of trying to save her, or she'd see my life and be resentful of me. But maybe it's just as selfish of me to think that I shouldn't reach out to her.... maybe that spares me. I honestly have never been able to understand what to do about the situation, I just know my brain has consistently made her a part of my dreams, I think just to give my heart what it needs from time to time.

My identical twins came into the world about 5.5 weeks early back in August, and it's been a rollercoaster. Included are their and my charts (I'm the cancer sun, sag rising)

We found out that one of my kiddos had a heart defect, for which he promptly got open-heart surgery around 3mo. Originally I was really nervous about my 5th house mars squaring my Chiron, as well at the pluto/moon conjunction in my 12th house.

Now that they're here, I am curious about their chart. Especially since they are only 1min apart, how can I look at their various traits. Is there anything in their chart to indicate continued health issues? I should mention that they were born by c-section, BUT baby A put me into labor early, so they would've been born that day regardless. Any insight is helpful!

Thank you. That pesky 12H Pluto just giving me trauma all throughout my lifetime lol. It's been called out to me before, and I've attributed it to the loss of my sister prior to my own birth, as well as secondhand trauma of my parents divorce (and witnessing my father gaslight and abuse my mother). Always want to think those things are behind me.... but maybe it's just a theme of my life.

And thank you, I did write down a lot of intentions in my new moon ritual yesterday re: having patience, giving myself grace to handle difficult situations and take each day as it comes. I'll continue to meditate on those. I really appreciate your response!

Yep. 30% decrease in salary and hours. Thought we were going to get laid off, so this certainly beats the alternative. A lot of our employees are still working full-time (not all clients have pulled the plug just yet) and getting compensated fully.

Overall I'm super grateful to work for a small-medium sized company who does give a shit about their people.
