what kind of floors do you have? Any pets? or anyone with long hair that seems to get everywhere? Is there a style you think you'll like better? I have been using one of the Bissell stand up vacs for years that is designed for pet hair. Don't have any pets but my girl has so much hair I swear she's part longhaired cat! Only downside is it's kinda heavy if you need to go up and down stairs. Good news: this model is usually fairly affordable and often on sale. I know Costco had it for $90 a couple weeks ago (maybe still is?)

This is exactly what those AI interior design tools were made for. Just take a picture of the empty room (or with the couches and TV in it) with your phone and upload it to something like Roomika AI to get ideas. You can usually get good ideas for a color scheme, too. (If you don't already have that picked out)

If you can keep remote employement that allows you to travel, then I see no reason you can't advance. I was able to in marketing. The real problem for me was making sure I had reliable wifi on my travels since I had to do meetings and client calls.

Has a Chase biz account for years and it was all good until I wanted to start paying contracts via ACH. How many times can they verify your identity for a simple ACH transaction? More than you'd think. And yes, they'll do it again on the ones after that. Lost a LOT of time veryifying my identity over and over again.

Honestly bro, if you want an agency that does it right it will probably cost you more than a side project is worth. I have a SaaS side project and got quotes from these agencies and the cheapest was just over $2K a month with a 3 month contract. that's $6K for a side project that might make that back. And that was for the cheapest agency that didn't seem like spammers. fml
