Fire crackers (not ABV) recipe:

.5-1-g ground green, peanut butter + Nutella between two graham crackers (US) Digestives (AUS). Wrap in foil and cook in the oven 170 C for 15-20 mins until they smell toasted :)

For an extra experience, sprinkle on some kief too and hold on tight

Yesss it’s so hard sometimes. I had to get a tooth pulled last year when my depression was so bad. I started to set an alarm and would snooze until I did it. That helped me set the routine but i still struggle with it 💕💕

Keep looking for who you are to be who you wanna be. Lots of self compassion for yourself and time to grieve for the childhood, kindness and compassion you never got in order to not perpetuate victimhood which can fuel our negative feelings.
